The establishment of Karabinis Group SA, the new Holding company of the Karabinis Group, is hereby announced, marking the formal institutional consolidation of the Group under a unified corporate structure.

With the creation of the Holding company, Karabinis Medical SA (founded in 1967) and KRB SA, which until today operated under common ownership and a unified strategic direction, are now incorporated into an organized Group structure with a clearly defined corporate governance framework.

The establishment of Karabinis Group SA represents a natural evolution in the Group’s trajectory and reflects the need for institutional clarity, unified strategic planning, and structured long-term development.

The Group maintains an active presence across multiple markets, with a production chain spanning Europe and Asia, alongside continuous expansion into strategic geographic regions. The new structure provides the appropriate framework for:

The 3rd Annual MEFAL Conference once again confirmed its status as a key reference point for professionals in the pharmaceutical sector, offering a unique opportunity to exchange ideas, explore new perspectives, and actively contribute to shaping the future of the industry.

During the conference, Mr. Apostolos Karabinis, Mindful Leader Fortune Greece & President and CEO of Karabinis Medical, participated in a Round Table discussion, highlighting the pivotal role of the pharmacy in Primary Healthcare.

Special attention was given to the innovative healthcare service HD Corner, which Karabinis Medical has been developing over the past 12 years.
