With the creation of the Holding company, Karabinis Medical SA (founded in 1967) and KRB SA, which until today operated under common ownership and a unified strategic direction, are now incorporated into an organized Group structure with a clearly defined corporate governance framework.
The establishment of Karabinis Group SA represents a natural evolution in the Group’s trajectory and reflects the need for institutional clarity, unified strategic planning, and structured long-term development.
The Group maintains an active presence across multiple markets, with a production chain spanning Europe and Asia, alongside continuous expansion into strategic geographic regions. The new structure provides the appropriate framework for:
