Instructions for use:
Recommended Daily Dose: 1 tablet in the evening with a full glass of water or as directed by your doctor and for as long as necessary.

Supplements should not be considered a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use while pregnant or breastfeeding. Not intended for people under the age of 18 and over 70. If any health problems arise, seek medical advice before taking the product. Do not use it if you are taking cholesterol medications or other products containing fermented red rice.
