10 HERBS LACTULOSE is a nutritional supplement based on Lactulose, with concentrated Plum juice, plant extracts of Marshmallow, Tamarind, Milk Thistle, Dandelion, Artichoke, Cinnamon, Witch-Hazel, Mallow and Mint. Lactulose helps accelerate the intestinal transit (the beneficial effect comes with the daily intake of a 10 g single dose of lactulose). Plum, Tamarind, Mallow, Dandelion, Cinnamon and Witch-Hazel facilitate the regularity of intestinal transit. Tamarind and Mallow allow the regular volume and consistency of stool; Marshmallow helps the intestinal transit and performs a soothing and calming action on the digestive system. Milk Thistle, Artichoke, Dandelion facilitate hepatic and depurative functions and help with the digestive action. Furthermore, Artichoke, Cinnamon and Mint favor the elimination of intestinal gas. Mint, as well as Cinnamon, normalizes gastrointestinal motility and has digestive properties too.
How to use: Take 1 measuring cap (20 ml) per day, in a single shot, as it is or diluted in water, at night, before bedtime.

Use
Instructions for use:
Shake well before use. Recommended dose: 1 cap (20 ml) daily, plain or dissolved in water before bedtime or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Immediately after ingestion it is recommended to take a glass of water.
Storage instructions:
Store in a cool and moisture-free place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within two months.
